Pick a scenario — get a call

Pick a scenario. Reach will call you the way it would call one of your parents — you play the parent.

Absences & notices

When a student doesn't show, it calls the parent right away, informs them and logs it. It also delivers bus, closure and school announcements.

Tuition & parent meetings

Gently reminds about installment due dates; invites parents to meetings and events and collects RSVPs. No empty rooms.

Sensitive calls to your staff

The assistant handles the routine calls and instantly hands off to your staff the moment a call turns sensitive - discipline, health or academic concern. Listen in live and take over anytime.

Send a voice note. Reach does the rest.

A teacher leaves a quick voice note. Reach finds the student, calls the parent, gets verbal consent, and writes the result back — with the transcript. No screens.

  1. 1Leave a voice note: “Recep Altepe in 8-C leaves at 2:30 today, doctor’s appointment, call his mum.”
  2. 2Reach understands, finds the right student, and asks you to confirm.
  3. 3You approve; Reach calls the parent and gets verbal consent.
  4. 4It reports the outcome + transcript back in the same chat.

FAQ

Questions you might have

Which calls does it make, and which not?

It makes the routine, informational calls: absence notifications, tuition reminders, parent-meeting and event confirmations, pickup/permission checks, announcements and satisfaction surveys. It does not handle sensitive matters - discipline, health emergencies or academic concerns - it hands those straight to school staff.

Do I need consent to call parents?

Reminder and informational calls to your own students' parents count as service messages, not marketing - so they generally fall outside marketing-consent rules, and you can start day one. (Confirm your exact position with your own counsel.)

What about data and GDPR?

Explicit consent records, call recordings and data deletion requests are built in. People who opt out are not called (do-not-call). All data, including indirect data relating to children, stays under your control.

What do I need to get started?

Connect your current parent list, choose the calls you want it to make, and start. No credit card required - you only pay for the minutes spoken.
